Davis County Fair
Last night we took the boys to explore the Davis County Fair. It was really windy so we had to cut our evening short, but we did get to do a few things before we got tired of the wind. First of all, we went to go see the chickens and the bunnies. Connor thought it was so cool that some of the animals won ribbons and trophies.
Parker was especially entertained by the bunnies. Go figure he likes the things that jump.
We waited in line for a pony ride. The boys thought it was pretty cool to be able to ride the ponies all by themselves.
Parker rode a horse named C.J. (I don't know if he named it, or it that really is the name of the pony he rode.)
We spent a small fortune on tickets and let the boys ride these cars at the amusement park side of the fair. ($3.00 a ride seemed like a major rip-off, but the boys loved it and person working the ride let them ride for a long time.)
To finish things off we bought a few snow cones and headed for home. It was a fun night at the fair.
