The Latest and Greatest from Basicgrey

This last month or so, I have had a fun opportunity to make a few cards to display the new paper lines Basicgrey is introducing at a scrapbooking trade show in Chicago. I had a blast playing with all of the new papers, buttons, and brads, as well as using some of their existing rub-ons and stamps. It is always so much fun to see what the designers at Basicgrey come up with. Here is a little sneak peak of the 5 new paper lines avaliable from Basicgrey. Coming to a scrapbook store near you soon!
This is paper line is called Ambrosia. All of the papers are done in shades of orange and black/grey. The colors are very bright and the patterns are extremely striking. The butterfly paper is my favorite!

Granola is another paper line at the top of my list. I love the navy-blue and brown color scheme. The animal prints are lots of fun and paired with the blue it is a definite winner. I am the only girl at my house so, I had ideas coming out my ears of ways to use this paper to scrapbook my little guys adventures.

Urban Prairie is a very fun and colorful line. I love the bright green, yellow, blue and pink that make up this line, not to mention the way cute bird and ladybug motifs. It's a super fun and cheerful paper.

Eva is also a fun new paper line. This card is dont mostly out of the papers that are dark plum, but I could have easily made one in shades of green or pink. Endless possiblilties!

The last paper line is called Offbeat. It is a good mixture of fun geometric patterns and a few cute shapes. I love the bird paper and the veggie paper in this line. It is also a bright collection with red, orange, yellow, and greens. Fun, fun, fun. All of the lines are so different from each other. There truly is something for everyone. Happy scraping!
